Activity Information
Led by the students' interests, we look at wide range of historical topics in an informal way. We do everything from the Romans, the Titanic, the wives of Henry VIII, The French Revolution, The Vietnam War and lots more in between. Students take part in quizzes, debates, games and creative activities relating to the topic. We also watch historical films, play historical board games and more.
They will have the opportunity to co-operate on whole-school projects to mark important historical anniversaries and help to raise an awareness of history across the school.
In addition, we also have a loyalty stamp scheme to earn badges and prizes!
Open to Year 7 and Year 8, supported by GCSE historians.
Bring a packed lunch to eat in E6.
