NHGS know their ABC’s when it comes to C2C’s: Third Time Coast to Coasters!

NHGS are going on an outing with a difference this summer – a 170-mile cycle ride for forty two students between the west and east coasts of northern England. Starting on the 15th of July the young adventurers aged from 13-15 are riding along the famous C2C Way of the Roses route from Morecambe to Bridlington – raising funds to buy equipment and resources for their school in the process. They will take four days to complete the route and finish on the 18th July. This will be the third year that the school has done a cycle fundraiser. Last year the students rode the C2C route from St Bee’s in Cumbria to Tynemouth and raised over £10,000 for the schools new Sports Hall.
