Rewards are a crucial part of the NHGS behaviour system.
Per term
- Students receiving 0 lates, 0 behaviour points and 100% attendance receive a certificate, attendance at a celebration breakfast and a ticket to exchange for a reward in the ticket reward system;
- We have celebration assemblies for each year group led by the Year Group Leader;
- 3 students from each year group for into a draw for a break or lunch queue pass for each of the following separately; 0 behaviour points, 0 lates or 100% attendance;
- Year Group Leader commendations receive a ticket to exchange for a reward in the ticket reward system;
- Student of the Term SPT commendations receive a ticket to exchange for a reward in the ticket reward system.
Per half-term
- 3 students from each form group with the highest conduct points receive a ticket to exchange for a reward in the ticket reward system.
