Educatius
Educatius is the world’s leading organisation dedicated to high school exchange and study abroad programmes.
NHGS has partnered with Educatius to enable international students to join us for a term or semester, staying in local homes and fully immersing themselves in our academic life. This is a wonderful opportunity for enrichment for both the overseas students and our school community.
Students have specifically chosen our school to follow our diverse A-Level offerings, allowing them to explore subjects not available in their home countries.
It is an invaluable opportunity for them to share their unique perspectives in the classroom and bring a greater global flavour to our school. Their presence in the school and classes this academic year has already had such a positive impact with students and staff alike.
Host Families
Educatius is searching for local homestays (hosts) to welcome international students from September 2026 for 4 to 5 months. Homestays provide a private bedroom for international students and half board accommodation during weekdays, with full board at weekends and holidays. Educatius provide a local coordinator who’ll provide 24/7 support to all students and homestay hosts in the area and monthly tax-free payments are made to the hosts.
You don’t need to have a student at NHGS to be a host, so if you have family or friends who would be interested in hosting an international student, please do pass on this information to them.
