Mr Bacon joined the Governance Board in 2021.  He has over 25 years experience working in the Financial Services industry, undertaking roles within the UK and across Central and Eastern Europe.  During this time Mr Bacon has been responsible for the delivery of large scale change programmes, operational and performance improvement, and latterly the development of brand, product and channel strategy.

Mr Bacon is married and has one daughter, who is a student at NHGS.

In his spare time he enjoys playing the cello and likes to swim, cycle and run... although probably not well enough to feel comfortable calling himself a ‘triathlete’.
