Mr
McWilliams

Mr McWilliams is Head of Faculty for Science, and has been at NHGS since 2022. He is an enthusiastic Physics and Science teacher, leader of the science faculty and he contributes to the wider school community through the Pride group, NHGS Singers and a recent school trip to India. He particularly enjoys teaching A-Level Physics and has done so since 2011.

Previously Mr McWilliams taught at a sixth-form college, and at an international school in Singapore where he lived for six years.

Outside of school Mr McWilliams is a keen runner and completed his first marathon in 2025. He loves to travel, to cook and to socialise with friends and family.
