I am the school's Pastoral Officer, one of the Year Group Leaders and a Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead. This means I work alongside the other Year Group Leaders, the Safeguarding Team and the wider Pastoral Team within the school.

My role in school is to help and support you with any academic, pastoral or safeguarding issues you may encounter during your time at NHGS. I have worked in two other secondary schools in Calderdale over the last 20 years in a wide variety of roles, supporting and engaging young people to reach their full potential, both academically and in their personal lives, by using a range of support and techniques.
