Addi has over 20 years of working in IT across a number of private and public organisations and as is currently employed as Senior Risk Manager at Lloyds Banking Group. Addi holds a number of industry accreditations across Programme Delivery and Risk Management as well as an MBA from Bradford University. Addi has 2 children at North Halifax Grammar School, a daughter in Year 9 and and son in Year 8.

Outside of work, Addi is a Parish Councillor for Cullingworth village and Chair of the Great Northern Railway Trail Committee and enjoys DIY and walking in his spare time.
