Ablewhite

Mrs Ablewhite gained a Mathematics degree from Warwick University and a PgCE from the University of Nottingham. She has worked at NHGS since September 1997. In that time she has been Second in the Maths department, in charge of Key Stage 5 Maths, Head of year 11 and Head of Maths. She is now Assistant Headteacher- Curriculum.. She plays netball weekly and loves tennis, although she does not get to play very often any more.

Mrs Ablewhite is responsible for Staffing and Curriculum and Quality of Eduction with the remit including;

• Curriculum Planning
• Extra-curricular / (Trips and Visits / Educational Visits Coordinator)
• Early Career Teachers / Lead Teachers / Initial Teacher Education
• New Staff Induction
• Appraisal
• Continuing Professional Development (CPD)
• Stakeholder Engagement
