Calderdale Schools Golf Championships - Rules 1. The competition will employ stableford scoring system. 2. Each team must consist of at least 3 players to qualify for the team totals - a maximum of 4 players is permissable. 3. A school can enter less than 3 players but they may only qualify for individual prizes, and not the calder cup. 4. The maximum handicap in use will be 26. Players with handicaps greater than this (e.g. 30) will play off 26. 5. Caddies are not allowed and players must not ask or be offered advice regarding any aspect of the game of golf. The only exception being to ask for a ruling or a clarification of the rules. It is very important that all students are aware of the dress code for the course and club house to prevent any embarrassing situations. Click here to take a look at the West End Golf Club site.
