Please take note of the following points:

• A map of the course is attached to this fax.
• Boots, trainers or spikes can be worn on the course.
• All competitors must wear a team vest and/ or a school athletics number that is clearly visible at the start of the race and retained until finishing the race.
• A competitor found to be cheating may result in the whole team being disqualified.
• Spectators should watch the race from the middle or lower level and avoid moving form one level to the other and not interfere with runners in the finishing straight.
• Team managers are strongly requested to stay away fro the finishing area and should arrange to collect race tickets at another location.
• Many staff regard the races as a social gathering, but other staff are working hard to make things run smoothly and safely - your cooperation and assistance is greatly appreciated.
• Team result sheets and accompanying tickets must be completed and correct before passing on to Mr. Andrew Smith and his helpers in the red mini bus. Wrong and incomplete results sheets may result in disqualification!
