There is a formal Parents’ Consultation Evening with subject staff for each year group. If, for any reason, a parent wishes to discuss their daughter’s or son’s progress or behaviour with staff at the school, arrangements can be made with the pastoral staff.

The Parents' Consultation Evenings for 2011/2012 are as follows:

Thursday 17th Nov 2011 - Upper Sixth
Tuesday 24th Nov 2011 - Lower Sixth
Thursday 26th Jan 2012 - Year 7
Thursday 2nd Feb 2012 - Year 10
Thursday 1st March 2012 - Year 11
Thursday 15th March 2012 - Year 9
Wednesday 28th March 2012 - Year 8

A note from the Parents' Association:
If you can help to serve tea/coffee (to parents and staff) at any of these evenings, please contact the Parents' Association. This is a welcome service provided by the PA for parents on the night they see the teachers, 3 or 4 are needed on most evenings, if you are free, and could possibly volunteer for 1 slot a year it would be great!
